目前从事抗肿瘤药物以及衰老疾病药物的设计与递送工作,致力于开发抗肿瘤药物和衰老相关疾病药物应用的新方法和新技术,解决药物脱靶与在靶毒性问题。通过构建新型酶前药疗法,成功开发出若干新型高效的临床候选药物,已与多个医药公司达成合作,实现科研成果转化。目前,参与设计开发的抗体偶联药物平台,已经获得2个临床批件。以第一/通讯作者在Asian J. Pharm. Sci., J. Med. Chem., Eur. J. Med. Chem.等期刊发表SCI论文16篇;申请发明专利10项;主持和参与国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项和企业横向合作项目若干项。
